The What If Method™
I go in. I ask what if. Then I get specific.

I go in and learn how it runs, where it is, and where it wants to go.

What if. The broad look. Which ceiling is worth going after, and which picture can wait.

Then it gets specific. The steps, and a way of looking at the work that still makes sense after I have gone.

Back in Guernsey
I’m home, running The AGNTCY, After5 and Avionit, and advising alongside that.
In Dubai I was head of AI and strategy at a leading SEO agency. School had not been the path: two A-levels, a few failed GCSEs, no degree. Before I left, I grew up here around Oi, while my dad built it.
People ask how I see things. I have ADHD. A pattern shows up early, and I stay with a problem longer than is comfortable. I am better beside someone who has been doing the work for years. They know what will hold. I ask the questions they have stopped asking.
I do this because I think the way an organisation works can change. The useful question is what else is possible. I want that conversation with people who are willing to have it.
