The way back

I’m home. The companies are here, and so is the advisory work.

The way here was a circle. Guernsey, then England, then Dubai, then Kuala Lumpur, then Dubai again. In Dubai I was head of AI and strategy at a leading SEO agency.

School had not been the path. Two A-levels, a few failed GCSEs, no degree.

Before I left the island I grew up around Oi, while my dad built it. I spent a lot of that time around people solving problems for clients. The companies I run now came out of that.

People ask how I see things

I have ADHD. In practice, a pattern shows up early, and I stay with a problem longer than is comfortable.

I am better beside someone who has been doing the work for years. They know what will actually hold. I ask the questions they have stopped asking.
