Steady growth feels responsible. It is also how a year disappears. Most organisations do not need another percent. They need a different picture of what the work could be.
The question is whether the path is the thing that needs to change.

The point of someone who has not been in the room is that they have not stopped seeing the problem. Or the opportunity sitting next to it.
That only works beside people who know the work. They bring the judgement. I bring the questions.
